Integrative Psychotherapy

We blend a variety of approaches creating

a comprehensive & holistic treatment plan with you

Katie Infantine, LICSW utilizes several modalities bringing together relaxation, meditation, expressive arts, and guided imagery techniques to address her clients’ unique concerns.

She blends her various trainings to offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy in a safe, empowering and transformative way.

With her mindfulness-based behavioral approach, Lisa Carabuena, LMHC builds relationships grounded in safety and respect. She meets her clients where they are in their process of change to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to create a treatment plan.

Lisa believes it’s possible for all of us to connect to our true authentic selves—to build confidence in our strengths, make decisions aligned with our values, and ignite new identities that are patiently waiting to be discovered.

Margo Crawford, LCSW offers a unique approach to ketamine assisted psychotherapy by integrating guided meditation, art therapy and yoga into the therapeutic process. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore deep emotional healing.

Margo also works with solution focused therapy, which helps clients integrate their ketamine process with clear next action steps that align the mind, body and spirit. This holistic approach helps clients access profound insights, reduce anxiety, and promote overall well-being.

Our psychotherapy offerings

  • A goal-oriented form of psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It aims to identify and modify unhelpful thinking patterns and beliefs, leading to healthier emotions and more adaptive behaviors. CBT is a collaborative approach that empowers individuals to develop practical skills and strategies to address a wide range of mental health concerns and improve overall well-being.

  • A comprehensive form of therapy that combines elements of cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. DBT focuses on developing skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness, with the goal of enhancing one's ability to cope with life's challenges and improve overall well-being.

  • A short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy, which helps clients find solutions to their problems based on the belief that clients already possess the resources and strengths needed to solve their issues. With guidance and support from a therapist, identifying and setting realistic goals while planning next steps can lead to meaningful long term changes.

  • An evidence-based approach that aims to help individuals create a rich and meaningful life while accepting the inevitable challenges and difficulties that arise. ACT combines mindfulness techniques with acceptance and values-based actions to promote psychological flexibility. It encourages individuals to develop a different relationship with their thoughts and emotions, allowing them to make choices aligned with their values and move towards a more fulfilling life, even in the presence of discomfort or distress.

  • A collaborative and empowering approach that views individuals as the authors of their own life stories. It focuses on understanding the narratives or stories that people construct about themselves and their experiences. By exploring and challenging these narratives, individuals can gain new perspectives, find strengths, and develop alternative, more empowering narratives that align with their values and goals. Narrative Therapy promotes self-empowerment, resilience, and the creation of preferred narratives that lead to positive change.

  • A holistic approach that integrates psychological and spiritual dimensions of human experience. It explores the connection between personal identity and the transcendent or spiritual aspects of life. This therapy encourages individuals to explore their highest potential, spiritual growth, and the expansion of consciousness. Transpersonal Therapy can facilitate self-discovery, meaning-making, and the integration of spiritual experiences to foster personal transformation and well-being.

  • An innovative treatment approach that combines the use of the anesthetic medication ketamine with psychotherapy. Ketamine is administered under medical supervision and can induce altered states of consciousness, promoting deep introspection and emotional exploration. This therapy has shown promising results in the treatment of various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Ketamine assisted psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity for profound healing and personal growth by supporting individuals in processing challenging emotions and experiences within a therapeutic context.
