How many ketamine assisted psychotherapy sessions will I need?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, and we tailor each treatment plan to the individual, but we generally advise 3-6 ketamine sessions along with ongoing integration psychotherapy. Most patients begin with three ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) sessions. After that, we assess their progress and discuss the next phase, which will often include three more sessions spaced out further apart, so patients have more time to work with the material that surfaces in their ketamine sessions in their day to day lives.
At Joy In Health, we prioritize safety, compassion, and personalized care in every ketamine assisted psychotherapy session. Our experienced team is trained in both ketamine administration and psychotherapeutic techniques, ensuring that you receive the highest quality of care throughout your treatment journey. In addition, there is medical supervision throughout the entire experience.
