  • I come back to the mantra "all is well” that was gifted to me from somewhere deeply sacred in my being during that first ketamine therapy session. I can access that belief and truth when my mind tells me the direct opposite! I’m so grateful that you’ve created a space for people like me to find that kind of healing and hope.

  • There are hard days.  There will always be hard days.  But if I can remember to put in place the systems and habits I’ve worked so hard to establish, I’m able to find balance more quickly than before.  Any combination of these things – therapy, meds, early morning meditations, getting out in nature, eating nourishing foods, moving my body – they are like a weighted blanket that bring calm to my body and remind me that I can reset and begin again.

  • I have sat in the seat of my soul, experienced my true self, and understand the relationship between my mind, my body, and my consciousness/spirit. I have had incredible breakthroughs and understanding of multiple facets of my life, from generational healing to a “psychic carwash”….You will be hard-pressed to find a resource, or opportunity, greater than Dr. Chanoff and her team at Joy In Health. She has certainly changed my life and I am forever grateful.

  • The most visible change I’ve experienced is the reduction in panic. I went from, before KAP, having anywhere from 3-10 panic attacks a day. I was always on the brink of a panic attack. Now, I go days, sometime weeks without panic attacks. I still have a lot of anxious thinking but I do not dwell on past pains or possible future pains nearly as much. A change that only really I can see and feel is the space I’ve given myself to feel. I don’t feel sadness and immediately try to suppress. I can cry without suppressing and that’s leading to a far more positive mindset overall. I know there are so many more small ways that doing KAP has changed me and my life perspective. It’s hard to put into words. Sometimes I now cry from joy over the sheer beauty and possibility of life and the world.

  • I have worked with Dr. Chanoff for over fifteen years. Because of the systems that we have put in place together (therapy, movement, medication and Ayurvedic practices), I trusted her guidance when she suggested I try a meditative therapy session with Margo Crawford to process a new layer of anxiety with which I was struggling. I was blown away. The session allowed me to go deeper into my own energy, thoughts and emotions in a very supportive and calming way. And I truly believe I was able to push through some of the harder emotions because of my implicit trust in Dr. Chanoff and her process. Joy In Health truly brings joy to my health and wellness journey and I will continue trust the support that they provide.
